We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work as an IT Engineer supporting one of our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and analyze reports to identify potential safety issues.
  • Prepare technical and non-technical documentation.
  • Support Automotive Safety Office with data and technical analysis for government inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Global Data Insight & Analytics for failure rate projections and investigations.
  • Review technical bulletins and facilitate reviews of automotive systems.
  • Assist in developing and documenting processes, procedures, and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or data analytics experience is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with quality or warranty data analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems is required.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Ford product development or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and technical writing skills.
