We are thrilled to offer a unique position for a dedicated individual to support one of our clients as an Automotive Safety Investigations Analyst

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing daily reports from customers and dealers to pinpoint potential safety issues
  • Preparing technical and non-technical documentation
  • Assisting the Automotive Safety Office in addressing government inquiries with data and technical analysis
  • Collaborating with Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDI&A) for failure rate projections and investigative support
  • Assessing Technical Service Bulletins (TSB), Special Service Messages (SSM), and Over the Air (OTA) to facilitate Automotive System Office reviews
  • Overseeing the development, documentation, and improvement of processes, procedures, and training
