Clinical Implementation Manager - Guadalajara

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Representante de Ventas de Alto Valor Médico (Clinical Implementation Manager) – Guadalajara, quien trabajará y crecerá dentro del Área Comercial, reportando directamente al Gerente Comercial de la zona Norte, dentro de un equipo de 7 personas.

Esta posición estará basada en la ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco.

El Representante de Ventas de Alto Valor Médico, es responsable de cumplir con la cuota de ventas de los productos de alto valor médico (FilmArray, VIDAS urgencia) así como de implementar en su territorio y/o clientes de su cartera, los programas e iniciativas de Mercadotecnia orientados a la promoción de las líneas de producto en el mercado realizando la promoción médica e implementando estrategias y planes de acción que permitan el desarrollo y consolidación del uso de los productos de BioMérieux en toda la cadena de decisiones de los servicios de salud.

¿Cuáles serán sus responsabilidades dentro de bioMérieux?


• Alcanzar los volúmenes de venta y %'s de margen esperados.

• Asegurar que en cada oportunidad del "Pipeline de Ventas de FilmArray" se hayan hecho las actividades definidas para su cierre.

• Planificar y realizar visitas de ventas a los territorios donde su intervención sea clave para el cierre de la venta.

• Vigilar que los consumos de la base instalada en comodato sean cumplidos y en caso contrario, propondrá acciones a instrumentar a los vendedores.

• Definir el potencial de compra de los equipos vendidos y proponer a los vendedores acciones para su consecución.

• Interpretar las señales de mercado detectadas y comunicarlas al Departamento de Mercadotecnia, así como justificar acciones para aprovecharlas o minimizar su impacto.

• Participar en la actualización de las oportunidades dentro de SalesForce

• Siguir los procedimientos de ventas y proponer mejoras a los mismos según las necesidades para impulsar FilmArray.

• Participar en la búsqueda y selección de líderes de opinión potenciales.

Estudios-Experiencia, Habilidades y Calificaciones:


• Profesional en Ciencias Biológicas o Ciencias de la Salud.

• Experiencia en visita médica

• Experiencia comprobable en ventas de mínimo 3 años

• Deseable conocimiento básico financiero.

Habilidades y calificaciones:


• Deseable conocimiento y comprensión del mercado médico y competidores

• Manejo de Excel intermedio

• Microsoft Office

• Conocimientos básicos de Mercadotecnia,
