Snapshot of the role:
In this position, you will swiftly respond to client incidents onsite, troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and coordinate with the appropriate technical resources to address client issues.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León
Key responsibilities:
- Collect diagnostic data to aid in problem investigation and resolution, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Initiate and lead investigations to identify root causes, drive the implementation of corrective actions.
- Oversee plans and procedures to investigate and resolve incidents and issues, engaging relevant suppliers and specialists, and contribute to policy decisions on problem management.
Requirements:
- Experience in troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and MAC systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
