Segment Sales Specialist

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Drive orders growth within the defined region for the XXXX segment, working alongside the territory sales team- Lead prospector for assigned segment - generate, pursue, and convert leads- Manage lead and opportunity funnel for new accounts within the segment, casting a wide net and driving the conversion rate- Maintain existing customer base with a high level of satisfaction, expand potential at current customers and capture new business through prospecting & target accounts- Displace competition at target accounts and grow market participation**Who You Are**:You identify and seize new opportunities.You partner with others to get work done.You deal comfortably with the uncertainty of change.**For This Role, You Will Need**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or the equivalent training- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment and in the industrial/manufacturing market- Technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical industries**Our Offer To You**:At Emerson we offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees.At Emerson we have different Employee Resource Groups that demonstrate our commitment with DE&I.Through continuous development of activities, programs, and social awareness.
