**Nuestro cliente: Paymon****Ubicación**:Ciudad de México | Modalidad híbridaTrabajo remoto pero requiere visitas a clientes en CDMX**Tipo de puesto**:Tiempo completo**Descripción del puesto**:¿Te apasiona el servicio al cliente, la tecnología y el impacto social?Nuestro cliente **Paymon**, está revolucionando la forma en que operan las cafeterías escolares en México mediante una plataforma digital que mejora la alimentación y educación financiera de miles de estudiantes.Buscamos a un/a **Customer Success Agent / Account Manager** que sea el enlace clave entre nuestras cafeterías aliadas y nuestra plataforma, garantizando una experiência fluida, valiosa y duradera.**Responsabilidades**:- Capacitar a nuevos clientes en el uso de la plataforma.- Brindar seguimiento proactivo a cuentas asignadas.- Resolver dudas y anticipar necesidades.- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y upselling.- Recoger feedback del cliente y coordinar con producto y soporte.- Monitorear indicadores de éxito del cliente y detectar riesgos.**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, customer success o account management (preferencia en entornos tech o SaaS).- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.- Facilidad para enseñar tecnología a personas con poca experiência digital.- Organización, seguimiento y manejo simultáneo de múltiples cuentas.- Gusto por la tecnología y actitud proactiva.- Deseable: experiência en cafeterías, comedores o sector educativo.- Deseable: experiência en onboarding o capacitaciones.**Ofrecemos**:- Trabajo con propósito y alto impacto social.- Ambiente flexible, colaborativo y con enfoque en mejora continua.- Capacitación constante y oportunidades de desarrollo.- Participación en una startup en expansión en México y Ecuador.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,****** - $19,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Atención al cliente: 1 año (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Roma Norte, CDMX
