Forma parte de nuestro equipo como Service Desk Manager:**Requisitos**:Ing. en Informática o a fín- 3 años de experiência en informática:- Llevar inventario de IT.- Seguimiento a políticas y procedimientos del área de IT- Realizar informes y seguimiento de KPI's de IT.- Soporte inicial a problemas de usuarios- Applications Desktop, Wide Area Network, Local Area Network and Telephony- Supervisar bases de datos y administrar activos de HW y SW.Ofrecemos:Salario mensual bruto de $15,000 a $18,000Prestaciones de ley y prestaciones superioresContratación directa por parte de la empresaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,****** - $18,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Informática: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Manejo de base de datos: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Archivos HW y SW: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Applications Desktop: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Soporte inicial a usuarios: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
