Job Opportunity: Business Development Representative (Outbound B2B) Location: Tijuana, Mexico (On-site) Schedule: Full-time, U.S. Business Hours Role Overview Are you a high-energy sales professional with a competitive drive? Join the New Merchant Acquisition program and drive the expansion of the U.S. SMB marketplace. As a Business Development Representative, you will execute the full outbound B2B sales cycle—from cold calling and discovery to negotiation and deal creation. We are looking for resilient closers who thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. Core Responsibilities Outbound Sales Execution: Conduct 70+ unique merchant contacts daily via cold calls, emails, and texts. Full-Cycle Sales: Manage prospecting, needs assessment, presentations, and closing deals within approved parameters. Deal Management: Build accurate deals in Salesforce and Salesloft, ensuring perfect data logging and documentation. Pipeline Hygiene: Action 100% of assigned accounts daily and resolve administrative blockers to ensure a healthy deal flow. Compliance: Adhere strictly to U.S. telemarketing regulations (TCPA) and Sales Operational Cadence. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years of proven outbound B2B sales experience, specifically in cold calling and high-volume outreach. Language: Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 mandatory) and Spanish. Communication: Strong written (30 wpm) and verbal communication skills. Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Salesforce, and Google Workspace. Sales Mastery: Demonstrated success in discovery, objection handling, and persuasive negotiation. Productivity: Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple systems simultaneously. Mindset: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong ownership mindset.
