Sperton is an international recruitment and consulting company with a strong presence in Scandinavia and globally.We are looking for a networked and results-oriented salesperson who knows the industry and has the ability to create new business opportunities.📍 Location: Remote in Mexico💼 Type: Independent consultant role, commission-basedWhat does the role entail?🔹 Identify and create new business opportunities through your existing network🔹 Sell recruitment and consulting services to companies, primarily in energy, IT, engineering or similar (but not required).🔹 Build strong and long-term relationships with decision-makers🔹 Be ready to actively contact potential customers through, for example, "cold calls"🔹 Work independently, but in close collaboration with our Country Manager in Panama.🔹 Participate in sales meetings and training in English with Sperton's global team.
