It Delivery Lead

As an IT Delivery Lead, you will oversee the planning and execution of IT projects and enhancements, particularly focusing on the transformation of ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Coud.You will collaborate with Business Partners, Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Technical Architects to design solutions that meet business requirements and facilitate the integration of cross-functional teams.You will manage both internal and external delivery resources, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.**How you will do it**:- Lead the project delivery for the Oracle Fusion program, ensuring alignment with defined roadmaps and requirements.- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely updates and communications with all stakeholders.- Utilize methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall for project execution.- Facilitate knowledge transfer to operational support teams post-implementation.- Resolve conflicts and manage issues that exceed the team's authority.- Manage dependencies and collaborate with sister programs who will delivery peripheral solutions supplemental to the ERP transformation.**What we look for**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on ERP systems and project management.- Oracle Fusion Certifications (Implementation Professional)- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PaaS is preferred, not necessary- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a matrixed environment- Fluent in English ( highly required)
