DescriptionDescriptionAt Rapido Solutions Group we believe in challenging the status quo of what to expect from a nearshore solution.Our main goal is to provide our clients with exceptional talent so they can save time and money and be able to scale their business efficiently and effectively.We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.**_Position purpose: _**_We are looking for people who go above and beyond what is expected all the time._- An Entry Level Carrier Sales will go through a training program.The program will be 90 days before they are able to be fully launched to the market and start working on their own goals.They will work closely with our operations team, carriers and load boards to deliver and support all of their logístical needs._- The position demands ability to work on a Team, strong verbal and written communication skills, creativity, must be able to multi-task, handle high volume of work, quick learner and solution oriented._ _If you have an attitude that is aggressive, persistent, and dogged, yet have the aptitude for empathy, patience, optimism and humility, then my friend Logistics is for you_**Requirements**:**_ Responsibilities:_**Bring on new carrier relationships to cover live loads- Create lasting relationships with vendors and carriers for our established lanes, working on creating contracts to secure long term relationships- Qualifying the safety and insurance of all new carriers that they bring on- Provide and negotiate freight rates to motor carriers and the internal sales team to ensure maximum profitability- Coordinate available customer freight with available motor carrier equipment- Consistently provide service and support to motor carriers in an effort to build the business relationship- Collaborate with the Customer Sales team to streamline processes- Manage performance expectations through carrier account metrics- Communicate with motor carriers to schedule tracks and resolve issues
