DescriptionAs a part of the Carrier team, Carrier Sales Reps will be expected to grow and maintain the relationships between clients and the carriers within our platform and externally.Carrier Sales Reps are expected to have high-level conversations with our engaged carriers to help determine new lane opportunities and ways to dedicate as much of their business as possible.**_Key responsibilities:_**- Source the best truck for the right price to service priority shipments- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure both customer and carrier success.- Ensure that all freight is moved on time and at a fair cost by tracking shipments and negotiating rates- Provide resolutions to time-sensitive issues that occur prior, during, and after transit- Be able to speak to your metrics with the management team**_ We offer_**:- At Rapido, we offer competitive pay and full benefits + law benefits.- Commission plan structure- Ping Pong and videogames area.- Free lunch and beer Friday- Savings Fund and private medical insurance.- Paid Time Off.- Food vouchers.**_Schedule_**: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30**Requirements**:**_ About you:_**- Be able to make multiple outbound calls a day to carriers and customers.- Driven and competitive natured.- Ability to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.- Impressive negotiation skills.- Team player who can also produce independent results1 years
