We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  2. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities - You will do:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to achieve mutual sales objectives.
  3. Provide support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products/services.
  4. Monitor partner performance and provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  5. Identify new channel opportunities and develop strategies to expand our channel partner network.
  6. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of channel partner activities with overall company objectives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential channel partners.

Requirements - You will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or about to complete College) in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed.
  7. A PLUS: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
