Requisitos del puesto

- egresada en comunicación social, marketing o afín

- Experiencia de 1 año en atención al cliente

- Inglés avanzado (indispensable)

- Conocimiento en marketing digital y/o tecnología (deseable)

Funciones:

- Atención a clientes de Colombia, USA y México para el seguimiento de sus proyectos

- Seguimiento a la operación para la debida atención y retención de clientes
