We're helping one of our clients, Remote Latinos, hire an Executive Assistant.
“We service the real estate industry with the best A-players from Latin America.”

Compensation: USD5 - 7/hour.

Location: Remote (anywhere).

Skills: Proficient in social media management, email management, data management, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities and more:
*Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Email Management:
- Monitor and manage the CEO's email (and potentially additional email addresses).
- Open and review all incoming emails; handle those that can be managed independently and mark those requiring Karen's attention as unread.
- Meet with Karen via quick Zoom calls daily to review and respond to specific emails.
- For email build requests, gather the necessary information and add it to FreedCamp, assigning the task to the correct subcontractor.
- For test emails, review the look and feel, test the links, and either send feedback to the subcontractor or forward it to the client for approval.
- Every Monday, send Kathy the Outlook screenshot of the email reports generated on Sunday.
- Harvest email content from Michelle Faulk's emails, add the content to FreedCamp, and assign it to a subcontractor.
- Unsubscribe Karen from political emails.

*Project Work:
- Review and humanize social media postings generated by ChatGPT, then send them to the subcontractor for scheduling.
- Weekly review of client accounts in Constant Contact for active future emails, discuss with Karen, and follow up with clients as needed using pre-defined templates.
- Excel work for client contacts, including sorting, filtering, checking for duplicates, and saving files as CSVs.
- Track billable items by the client and develop a tracking process with Karen.
- Add and update contacts in Outlook.
- Quarterly outreach to clients for updated contact information.
- Monthly sweep of contacts from client CRMs for email marketing purposes.

- Social Media posting.
- Excel/Spreadsheet creation and maintenance.
- CRM tracking and management.

- Experience as a personal assistant or CEO assistant.
- Collaborative and innovative mindset.
