**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Resolver incidencias que el equipo L1/L2 no pudo resolver, ya sea, por su prioridad o porque se trata de un error desconocido.
- Reportar a Vendor/externos para la solución de incidentes.
- Implementar correcciones d código, implementación de proyectos (EOV, EOL), proyectos de mantenimiento.
- Gestión de Mejora Continua del Servicio: Coordina con los equipos L2 la ejecución de actividades de mejora del servicio salientes de FDA, inmersiones profundas, MIM y/o registros post mortem.
- Revisión de preparación para la producción: Responsable, junto con L2, de la implementación del marco de preparación del servicio en todos los proyectos importantes y que "deben ganar batallas".
- Pruebas e implementación de cambios: desarrollar e implementar cambios que garanticen una evaluación de impacto, un proceso de cambio y un plan de respaldo precisos y completos.
- Asegúrese de que los planes de capacidad cumplan con los SLO y el pronóstico: identifique aquellos activos donde su umbral de capacidad esté alcanzando o cerca de su límite máximo y desarrollo un plan para mitigar cualquier impacto en el servicio. Identificar el día hábil rojo e implementar acciones para evitar problemas de capacidad.
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Conocimientos en ServiceNow
- Lectura de consolas de JAVA (monitoreo de logs)
- Lectura de logs, bases de datos (SQL, ORACLE)
- Conocimiento en JIRA para el registro de incidentes
- Inglés avanzado (mantener conversaciones)
- Deseable: Conocimiento de Business Intelligence (Qlik Sense)
