**Position Overview**: As a Service Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design strategy for our services. You will lead a team of service designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize end-to-end user experiences. If you are a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and have a track record of successfully leading service design initiatives, we invite you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of service designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Define and implement the service design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to understand and define service requirements.
- Conduct user research, customer journey mapping, and service blueprinting to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and enhances the overall user experience.
- Drive cross-functional workshops and design thinking sessions to ideate and iterate on service concepts.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of service design solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in service design.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of service design solutions and iterate based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a related field such as service design, product management, or user experience design.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing data to make informed product decisions.
- Experience with Ability in situations that is needed to adapt and pivot quickly in response to changing market and user needs.
- Experience with Designing and delivering products or services that meet user needs and align with company goals.
- Experience Leading cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies.
- Experience prioritizing tasks based on feedback from customers and business objectives.
- Experience being responsible for designing and delivering products or services that meet user needs and align with company goals.
