Descripción del puesto (IMC-5702):

Se requiere la valiosa aportación de un Service Design Lead nivel senior el cual sea responsable de diseñar y entregar productos que cumplan eficazmente las necesidades de los usuarios, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo, así como garantizando que se encuentre en concordancia con los objetivos de la empresa.

  • Educación formal y experiencia laboral en modelado de procesos de negocio.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo o diseño de aplicaciones web, análisis de sistemas, y documentación de procesos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos
  • Experiencia en coordinación de actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo y calidad de sistemas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de recursos.

Adicional:

  • Participación en proyectos donde se emplearon metodologías ágiles tales como Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP.
  • Pruebas en entornos Cloud (Azure es un +)
  • Reunir los requisitos de las fuentes de demanda y trabajar activamente durante la investigación y descubrimiento de clientes.
  • Proporcionar información a los equipos ágiles para preparar el trabajo, contectando el descubrimiento continuo con la integración continua.
  • Responsable con un equipo ágil de dividir ideas potenciales en trabajos más pequeños, identificar dependencias y riesgos mediante una sesión de planificación.
