**What you'll be doing**
- Championing GDEI in everything you do, and encouraging others to build inclusive teams and environments
- Acting as a consultant for hiring managers to help them navigate the recruiting journey from start to finish
**What you bring to the role**
- Proven experience working as a Recruiter in the SaaS industry
- A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with the ability to work creatively and calmly under pressure
- Strong partner management skills
- A detail-oriented, data-driven mentality
- A basic understanding of technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High English Level
**Where we work**:

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
