**Analista de Service Desk**
- **Disponibilidad**_ de Lunes a Viernes.
- **Experiência**_
- De 6 a 1 año de experiência con carrera trunca o cursando ultimos semestres ( a fin a Sistemas)
- Soporte técnico básico
- Conocimiento de Windows10 y navegadores.
- Conocimiento deseable de Active Directory, office 365 y conectividad remota.
- Atención a clientes y soporte por llamada, correo y chat
- Administración, resolución y escalamiento de tickets.
- Manejo de alguna herramienta de tickets
- Proactivo y con habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
