**Position Summary**

The Petco Talent Acquisition Operations team is responsible for all Talent Acquisition technology and programs within Petco.

Within the team, you are the Program, Data, Analytics, and Reporting expert that guides our data driven focus, leverages advanced analytical and reporting techniques, and translates complex data sets into easily understood reports to be utilized by the Talent Acquisition team and our business partners. You are also the lead on various other existing programs such as referrals, relocations, and background screening.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to review data across multiple sources and develop reports, dashboards and presentations for business partners that drive strategic decisions for Talent Acquisition
- Leverage exceptional communication skills to present findings across Talent Acquisition, by translating complex data and analysis into clear insights, opportunities and business recommendations.
- Develop automated dashboards and build compelling data visualizations that effectively measure, track and quantify changes in Talent Acquisition metrics
- Identify and introduce new methods to solve complex business problems based on data analysis

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years data analytics and reporting
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Suite, or other presentation and data analysis tools
- 2 years experience with Workday Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) software
- Experience building automated dashboards for data review and analysis

**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, math, other related field or comparable experience
- 2 - 4 years related experience in data analytics and reporting
- Expert in Excel with advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups, macros, dashboards, etc.
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills using PowerPoint or other software
