**Gerente de Desarrollo de negocios (BDM por sus siglas en ingles)**
En conjunto con el representante del desarrollador comercial de Allegis y gerente del departamento de desarrollo comercial de mercadotecnia es responsable por el crecimiento de ventas, la rentabilidad y en general la administración de las cuentas de los clientes asignados en el territorio.
El BDM es responsable por el crecimiento de todos los clientes y clientes potenciales. El BDM trabajara cercanamente con los gerentes de ventas de Allegis para asegurar que los clientes actuales y potenciales sean gestionados dentro de los canales correctos de ventas. El BDM traerá nuevas oportunidades de negocio de clientes actuales y desarrollara relaciones con nuevos clientes potenciales. El BDM es responsable de colaborar con los gerentes de mercadotecnia de Allegis (MM) para asegurar la interfaz del cliente con nuevos diseños, asistencia técnica y la introducción de producto(s).
**Responsabilidades y funciones del Gerente de desarrollo de negocios**
- Crear nuevos negocios dentro del territorio asignado
- Desarrollar, gestionar y hacer crecer los clientes asignados
- Comprometer al gerente de desarrollo de negocios y el departamento de mercadotecnia para el incremento de ingresos y maximizar las ganancias.
- Desarrollar, gestionar y cerrar el canal de oportunidades.
- Resolver problemas y quejas clave del cliente utilizando recursos corporativos, es decir, administración general, ventas internas, compras, calidad y abastecimiento.
- Anticipar cambios y mejoras clave que son iniciados por el cliente o Allegis
- Gestionar las comunicaciones entre clientes y equipos internos.
- Crear un plan de cuentas con gestión de ventas para mejorar los resultados de los clientes.
- Negociar contratos, acuerdos de almacenamiento y precios con el cliente(s)
- Aprovechar los recursos internos para garantizar la más alta calidad de servicio al cliente
- Ayudar a asegurar todas las necesidades y entregas del cliente sean cumplidas
- Realizar revisiones de Mejora Continua (CIR) para establecer objetivos e informar el progreso
- Proporcionar asistencia estándar sobre productos y aplicaciones
- Participar en campañas desarrolladas por la gerencia.
- Viajes locales para visitar clientes
**Requisitos para gerente de desarrollo de negocios**
- Licenciatura: Preferiblemente Ingeniería (Mecánica)
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ventas
- Se prefiere experiência en automotora
- Debe ser bilingüe
