Wexpand is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, new customer acquisition, and account management.

About the Role:

  • You will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • The capacity to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and results-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to travel regularly (at least once a month) to visit customers and prospects.
  • Aged between 25 and 40 years old.
  • Private car ownership.
