**YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE**
Reporting to the Global Director of People & Culture, People Operations, the LATAM (Latin America) P&C Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR practices, processes, goals, and initiatives in the LATAM region. You will offer both strategic and hands-on HR support to ensure legal compliance, operational excellence, talent development, and a positive employee experience across all LATAM locations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the region, championing the WilsonHCG culture and values throughout the employee lifecycle. As an influential leader, you will leverage your expertise to advance the P&C agenda and facilitate business success in the LATAM region.
**ABOUT YOU**
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- May lead and manage P&C professionals to include, but not limited to, generalists, specialists, consultants, coordinators and interns.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes employee development, engagement, and high performance.
- Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of HR team members for the LATAM region.
***Essential Job Functions**:
- Develop a deep understanding of WilsonHCGs business goals in LATAM to establish strong consultative relationships with regional leadership.
- Provide strategic, analytical guidance on organizational initiatives, ensuring HR strategies align with and enable key regional business objectives.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, and talent initiatives in the LATAM region, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Coach managers on best practices for talent management, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, high
- performing team culture aligned with WilsonHCG DNA.

- Lead or participate in special HR-related projects, acquisitions, and change management initiatives to support the growth and innovation of the LATAM business.
- Develop partnerships with People & Culture shared services teams to optimize HR service delivery, systems, and programs in the region.
- Compile regional workforce analytics and translate into actionable insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership.
- Embody and promote the WilsonHCG culture, values, and employee experience as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the achievement of regional business goals.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting a dynamic, fast-paced organization or industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing.
- Expertise in employment laws, HR best practices, talent development, and culture building in the LATAM region.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Leadership skills to influence and collaborate with all levels of an organization including the c-suite.
- Excellent project management, communication, presentation and coaching skills.
- Experience in staffing/talent acquisition industry a plus.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality, maintaining the utmost professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools, Workday and Avature highly preferred.
