This dual-capacity role is tailored for a visionary eager to steer our cutting-edge SaaS product to new heights and across global markets.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. Based in Hermosillo, Mexico, you will act as a key point of coordination and communication, ensuring the smooth management of the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and administrative needs. This role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work across time zones, as the CEO is based in Germany.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.
- Assist in special projects and research tasks as directed by the CEO.
- Maintain an organized filing and documentation system for easy access to key information.
- Act as a cultural and communication bridge between the CEO and the Hermosillo-based team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Organize and maintain a database of marketing materials and assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Experience with travel coordination and event planning.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work across multiple time zones.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with SaaS or technology industries.
- Experience in a multinational company or working with remote teams.
