Ensure Excellent Execution and Integral Management of the points of sale (Convinience, Supermarkets, and distributors) assigned to your team with the objective of developing the category and serving the store managers.**:
- **
Understand local market and competitors within territory.**:
- **
Achieve the implementation objectives assigned as well as specific plans to increase the presence of Red Bull at the points of sale.**:
- **
Analysis of the information on the sector, market, customers, competition, in order to detect opportunities and meet the established objectives.**:
- **
Leading a team of Field Sales Representatives to develop their skills and execution.**:
- **
Consistent communication within the team, field sales partner and customers.**:
- **
Spends a significant portion of his/her time in the field with customers.**:
EXPERIENCE**
Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG (fast moving customer goods) sector. Ideally in field sales.
- Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends. Strategic thinking able to lead the sales strategy.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- University Degree (business, marketing or similar).
- Intermediate English
