**The Position**
- As a Field Sales Manager - Obesity at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Lead a Sales Team within the Obesity Business Unit, ensuring performance management and personal development.-
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives in the Obesity market.-
- Provide best-in-class customer experience by having a full business understanding and providing a unique experience according to the needs of every HCP.-
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with other Sales Districts, Medical Affairs, Marketing, among others.-
- Implement best practices to address market and sales challenges.-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Obesity Market.**Qualifications**- Degree in business administration, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.-
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries with strong sales management across districts and regions.-
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.-
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.-
- Previous experience in product launching and/or cardiometabolic products.**About the Department**

Our team focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions.
