**Acerca del Rol**:
Si te apasiona trabajar en el área de Comercial y buscas un rol como **Sales Finance & BA Impulso **en las oficinas Corporativas de Ferrero de México podrías encontrar el desarrollo profesional que estás buscando En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de dar soporte a los canales de Ventas a través del desarrollo, implementación y monitoreo de las políticas comerciales, así como de la recopilación e interpretación de la data para apoyar en la toma de decisiones importantes del área.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Actualizarás de manera mensual el archivo de Incidencias para consideración en el cálculo de pago de incentivos.
- Te encargarás de la creación y seguimiento del presupuesto de gastos del área correspondiente.
- Gestionarás y monitorearás los gastos de ventas alineado a las políticas vigentes.
- Mantendrás actualizado el registro y monitoreo de convenios, contratos, Condiciones comerciales, por cliente y canal.
- Te encargarás de la construcción de herramientas de visibilidad en Excel y/o PowerBi para la consulta de resultados mensuales / semanales / diarios dependiendo de la necesidad de los stakeholders.
- Serás responsable de la coordinación de juntas mensuales con los stakeholders correspondientes para la presentación de resultados y recomendaciones enfocados al performance de ventas.
- Serás responsable de la actualización de reportes de venta y análisis para detectar tendencias y oportunidades.

**¿A quién estamos buscando?**:

- Lic. Económico-Administrativa, Actuaria, Finanzas, Ing. Industrial o afín.
- Exp. mínima de 1 año en roles como Analista de servicio al Cliente, Business Intelligence, Analista Comercial, Analista de Ventas en empresas de consumo masivo o similares.
- Conocimientos sólidos en: Seguimiento y atención a proveedores y clientes externos e internos, generación de facturas y cuentas de gastos así como de requisiciones en SAP o ERP, conocimiento en canales de venta: moderno, detalle, mayoreo, etc.
- Excel Avanzado.
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Competencias de: Logro de Resultados, Gestión del Cambio, Integración Organizacional y Dirigir la Innovación.
