Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating daily risk management, maintaining the collections system, addressing customer billing queries, and ensuring accurate audit and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily risk management and maintain the collections system
  • Address customer billing queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Audit and process transactions accurately
  • Apply and correct promotional offerings as needed
  • Follow up on refunds and recons
  • Process payments efficiently
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience with analytical rigor in collection, finance, financial operations, business operations, sales operations, or similar fields
  • Strong familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Data Studio is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
Benefits:
  • Paid salary range of $25,000 - $29,999 per month
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 09-18
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Preferred experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Data Studio
Language:

Fluent English language skills are mandatory
