The #1 Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and buying potential.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads, ensuring efficient use of their time and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in appointment setting, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
