- Proactively initiates outbound calls to connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Identifies and evaluates prospects through targeted questioning and qualification.
- Utilizes a structured sales script to effectively communicate our company's offerings.
- Maintains accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled.
- Coordinates and confirms appointments with both clients and the sales team.
- Maintains clear communication channels with the sales team to facilitate smooth appointment handovers.
- Stay updated on our product portfolio, services, and promotional activities.
- Works towards reaching the monthly goal *Requirements:*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting targets.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment scheduling systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred. *Benefits:*
- Gross monthly salary of $15,000 pesos
- Performance bonus $3,000 pesos (gross monthly)
- Monday to Friday
