**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and segment potential clients on LinkedIn.
- Send personalized messages to prospects to generate interest in our products/services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team using appointment management tools.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in prospecting or sales (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn as a prospecting tool.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented with the ability to handle rejection.

**Compensation**:

- This position is contractor-based.
- **Base Salary**: $1,000 per month.
- **Commission Structure**:

- 10% for booked calls that close on any account not assigned to the CEO.
- 5% for accounts assigned to the CEO.
- Commissions are based on the first three months of the client’s engagement with us. If the client signs a deal and works with us for 12-18 months, the Appointment Setter will receive a percentage of the payments for the first three months.
