Since 2010, our client’s mission has been to help wholesale distributors, manufacturers and contractors improve customer service, expedite orders, engage and expand their customer base.

We are seeking a talented Appointment Setter to join one of our Client's teams. As an Appointment Setter you will be directly responsible for successfully building out a pipeline of valuable leads. You will also be coordinating with each party to ensure appointments are set and are followed through upon.

**Working schedule**: 9AM - 6PM EST(1 unpaid hour for lunch break)

**Rate paid in USD**: 6.5 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to prospects.
- Introducing the company's products or services to prospects.
- Qualifying leads and determining their interest and needs.
- Scheduling appointments or meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads and appointments.
- Following up with prospects to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide them with appointment details and updates.
- Managing a high volume of leads and appointments efficiently.
- Using CRM software to track and update lead information.
- Demonstrating professionalism and providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in B2B appointment setting roles is a must.
- Must be available to work 9AM - 6PM EST(1 unpaid hour for lunch break)
- Language: English only.
- Must possess your own Windows laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:

- Processor: Core i5 or higher
- RAM: 8GB or higher
- Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:

- Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
- Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
