**A Snapshot of Your Day**
The role is an exciting opportunity to gain commercial exposure to a large multi-national Energy Company and would suit a driven and motivated individual that is looking to develop their commercial acumen.
The job involves providing commercial admin support to a small team of commercial project managers within the Grid Solutions Business Unit and Controlling team.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Supporting the project commercial team in all aspects of project administration.
- Assisting to goods receipt project purchase orders.
- Monitoring Freight invoices route for approvals and track payments
- Implementing Planned cost and Revenue changes in SAP.
- Running SAP finance reports
- Supporting the monthly financial close activities
- Administering small products orders end to end including purchasing and customer delivery and invoicing.
- Management of Warranty project budgets.
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with vendors.
- Ensuring that the team complete time sheets on time.
- Raising accounting journal vouchers at the request of the commercial or controlling team.
- Tracking the outstanding AR and follow up on payments.
**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of commercial / project support experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- University degree in finance/accounting.
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.

You will be joining a business unit of 125 employees, with finance team of 12 people.
