- As a Customer Success Analyst, you will work closely with our Customer Success Group by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to ensure we maximize the growth potential of our customers, drive new opportunities, and identify any potential churn risk. You will help with the translation of data into actionable insights and dashboards to manage the business. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, an understanding of customer data, the ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively, and a deep data drive, analytical, and critical thinking mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Translate data into metrics, dashboards and reporting packages with analytical summariers. Converting compled data and findings into understandable tables, graphs and reports; gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends in data-
- Define data requirements and identify both existing and new data sources and methodologies-
- Assist in data clean up and data integrity strategies development to ensure confidence in our data; Troubleshoot data issues and execute fixes to bad data-
- Monitor and report on metrics and KPIs, conducting trend analysis to make recommendations on new KPIs and goals-
- Manage administrative duties for customer data and any business intelligence software-
- Champion initiatives aimed at improving Data Analytics processes that unlock solutions and drive growth-
- Prepares ad-hoc reports and queries to support assigned business initiativesWhat You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of similar or related experience in information analytics-
- Experience with SFDC or other customer CRM software required-
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills required-
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills-
- Work well under pressure, show a sense of urgency, remain flexible, and both effectively and quickly adjust to shifting priorities and conditions-
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments to accomplish strategic goals, complete special projects, and maintain positive working relationships-
- Detail-oriented and able to efficiently prioritize tasks-
