Liaise with Ivemsa to provide paperwork for Virtual Transfers for outgoing orders and export paperwork for orders going to the USA and other countries.

Book freight out with relevant Provider.

Manage targeted customer accounts throughout the entire life cycle, with the inclusion of managing and overseeing sample trials, design and artwork, production, manufacturing, sales forecasts, sale orders, shipping, logistics, invoicing, accounts and debtors.

Place customer orders and coordinate with production teams.

Upload POD’s to the ERP System (Fishbowl).

Handle trial samples and artwork approvals and die lines.

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Monitor and manage customer ETAs.

Create and manage quotes in Zoho (Sales Management System).

Coordinate and oversee delivery bookings from the factory to customers.

Coordinate with Toll container direct deliveries to customers.

Generate and send invoices to customers.

Liaising with Toll Global Forwarding and reviewing and updating delivery reports with current ETA’s

Monitor and manage customer ETAs.

Support in Production planning and buyer functions:
Order film.

Order raw materials.

Order consumables, eg pallets, stretch wrap, strapping.

Manage all incoming stock into warehouse and advise production supervisor of incoming goods for production.

Book incoming stock.

Put together and manage the production schedule with the production supervisor.

Generate and distribute pick slips and work orders to the factory based on the production schedule.

Process completed pick slips and work orders to finalize and close them.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Experiência y requisitos

Bachelors degree. Business or commerce preferred.

5+ years experience in Customer Service or similar role.

Minimum 1 year in a leadership position or has leadership skills.

Ability to self manage and also lead a team.

SAP (preferred)/ MRP.

Logistic/Transportation process.

English proficient (Advanced).

Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
