**Job Opportunity: Product Support Specialist**

**General Duties & Responsibilities**
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and technical knowledge in order to deliver exceptional client-centric services.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

**Education Requirements**

**General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Prior banking or finance experience is a plus, especially personal banking.
- Documentation skills to track client information and recurring technical issues for product quality improvement.
- Familiarity with FIS products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in programming, business analysis, or software implementation.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
