The association of soybean growers, agribusinesses, commodity carriers, traders, and farm organizations working together to increase preference for US soybeans around the world is looking for a: Program Assistant

Responsible for supporting the regional staff on administrative tasks. He/she will work closely with the regional staff to ensure that the regional project management functions are well coordinated and meet all the necessary compliance requirements, processes, and procedures, according to prescribed company standards to achieve corporate goals and objectives.

**Education and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of related experience as an assistant officer.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people and organizations.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Critical thinking, prioritization, analytical, organization, planning skills, and very close attention to detail.

**Essential functions, duties, and responsibilities**:

- Manage the schedules and communications of regional representative(s).
- Collect and file documents to prepare for meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare ADNOTs, Travel Authorization (TAs), travel expenses reports, and other necessary documentation to facilitate travel.
- Support on monitoring assigned budgets.
- Prepare,project/activity/progress/completion,budgets/investment rate, and other reports.
- Send and follow up invitations.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- The executive assistant will function as one of the main communication links between the Project Managers & logistics coordinator (internal facing) and utilization/Focus Area Contractors (External Facing Team).
- Implement regular meetings with sub-contractors.
- Support during event implementation (upon request).

**Other requirements**:

- Availability to travel nationally and internationally with a valid Passport and VISA.

**Salary**:

- Salary open to negotiation according to experience
