**The Role**:

**Administration Assistant** in the **Global Facilities **will be a key operator in the team, responsible for the administration and operations within travel systems, Health and Safety, property portfolio management, and mobile phone management.
We are looking for an individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our Senior Managers and Directors, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
This role will require to be in the AMS Monterrey office 1 - 2 days per week.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**
- Interacting with and managing both internal and external stakeholders appropriately, ensuring high level of service is consistently provided.
- Supporting multiple internal processes within the scope of the team.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately.
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Making travel arrangements and administering travel portal.
- Responsible for processing financial operations as well as for financial reporting.
- Running a variety reports and keeping track of workload.
- Playing an active and leading role in various projects undertaken by the team.
- Training junior team members and working with the team leader on key deliverables.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Fluency in** English** - both verbal and written.
- Strong experience in working with different accounts and/or dealing with various administration activities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Great stakeholder management skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
