**Business Administrative Assistant**

The Business Admin. is the beating heart of our team. The BA ensures smooth operations by performing online software processes such as payroll and invoicing, as well as assisting the team as needed. You must maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as no-task-is-too-small for excellence. Are you passionate about pleasing clients and maintaining respectful relationships? Do you enjoy working with a team online through Zoom and Slack? Can you be trusted to exercise sound judgment and discretion so we can leave you to do your work rather than micro-managing you?

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the coordination and onboarding of new employees by working with the appropriate manager.
- Review time tracking data, prepare and send client invoices, process refunds or credits, and communicate with clients to ensure good billing relationships.
- Maintain our time tracking software to ensure accurate client billings.
- Use our online bill pay system to ensure vendors are paid on a timely basis.
- Run semi-monthly payroll with zero errors.
- Manages employee benefit programs including communication to employees of plan details and eligibility requirements, ensuring timely enrollments and terminations from the plans and making certain that employee deductions are recouped.
- Assist in planning and company culture events including making travel arrangements and communicating plans with team members.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned/requested by the Management team.

- Help in the recruiting and hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Outstanding computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional and professional verbal, written, social, and interpersonal skills
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines

**Preferences**:

- Strong customer service background
- Experience working in a small, high growth company
- Professional services firm experience
- HR experience preferred

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
