**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven **Bankruptcy Consultation Sales Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will work with potential clients seeking bankruptcy consultations, helping them navigate their financial challenges and find legal solutions that meet their needs. You will be a key player in helping individuals regain control of their finances, while also contributing to the continued growth and success of our firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients, assess their financial needs, and recommend appropriate bankruptcy services.
- Conduct consultations to explain bankruptcy options and the benefits of our legal services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate and professional guidance throughout the process.
- Effectively manage and track leads using our CRM system (Infusionsoft), ensuring timely follow-ups and communications.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting consultations into paying clients.
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Uphold our firm’s values of honesty, respect, and integrity in all client interactions.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Sales Experience**

We need someone with real sales experience, not just order-taking. Previous experience in direct sales (insurance, auto sales, door-to-door, etc.) is highly preferred. You know how to close deals and have the resilience to keep going after setbacks.

You’re someone who gets results and isn’t discouraged by rejection. You’ve been through tough sales situations but persevere and hit your targets. You know that sales are about more than just talking—it’s about delivering value and building trust.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in direct or consultative sales roles (experience in legal or financial services is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a law firm, we cannot share fees, but we offer a competitive base salary with performance-based commissions, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
