Global Sales Enablement Specialist

Quantum is looking for a **Global Sales Enablement Specialist **to take our sales enablement programs to the next level as we expand our sales team globally. This highly visible and strategic role will work closely with sales, marketing, and product leadership to ensure our regional and overlay sales teams have what they need to succeed. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
This role is to be based in our Zapopan office and offers a hybrid working schedule, with at least three days per week spent in the office.
**Job Summary**
As a Global Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee Quantum’s sales enablement programs, including new hire training and onboarding, ongoing sales enablement through various channels, and key sales enablement events such as annual Sales Kickoff, periodic bootcamps, and more.
- Defining Quantum’s sales enablement strategy for a variety of audiences: our sales team, our technical pre-sales team, and our reseller channel.
- Designing and delivering sales enablement content on an ongoing basis, both by yourself, and by working directly with global sales, solution engineering, product marketing, technical marketing, product line management, and other functions.
- Keeping our sales collateral repositories organized and refreshed with relevant content including identifying gaps in coverage and working cross-functionally to get missing content prioritized for creation.
- Administration of Quantum’s learning management system (LMS), including assigning training courses, defining the right analytics.
**Job Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement and sales training.
- Solid experience and skill conducting live presentations and webinars.
- Strong project management and coordination skills required to drive cross-functional execution of sales enablement across geographies, sometimes under rapid timelines.
- Experience managing and administering Learning Management System (LMS) software, such as Lessonly (which is what Quantum uses today).
- Excellent presentation skills, with ability to present in front of a room of people with confidence.
- This role requires creativity and close collaboration with global sales, product marketing and product management organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant job experience.
- Less than 20% travel required.
