En Reachmx nos dedicamos a la consultoría de importación para eficientar la cadena de suministro de nuestros clientes, nuestro servicio es puerta a puerta, cubriendo desde la búsqueda de proveedores, logística, aduanas y entrega de última milla. Trabajamos principalmente con fábricas de Asia y Estados. Actualmente estamos buscando fortalecer nuestro equipo
Estamos en búsqueda de**:“CUSTOMER SUCCESS”**
**Objetivo de la posición**:Garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes mediante un abordaje estratégico que tenga como finalidad generar una experiência positiva del servicio y así nutrir el vínculo entre el cliente y la empresa; de igual manera buscar activamente mejores alternativas para que el cliente alcance sus objetivos; reducir la tasa de abandono, recuperar clientes y realizar estrategias de upselling.
**Escolaridad**:Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Mercadotecnia, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación o afín.
**Conocimientos**:Habilidad Comercial. Manejo de Excel. Inglés avanzado. 5s. Segmentación de clientes. Relaciones. Organización. CRM. Ventas.
**Experiência**:Mínima de 6 meses en puesto similar.
**Funciones**:
- Atención a clientes: Enfoque en construir una relación con los clientes, ayudarlos, retenerlos y fidelizarlos.
- Seguimiento de operaciones con clientes: Comunicarles estatus de sus operaciones, pedir documentos, ser puente de comunicación entre el área operativa y el cliente.
- Rescatar clientes: Acercarse a los clientes de la base de datos que no están activos con el objetivo de conocer porque dejaron de colaborar con la empresa, y así crear estrategias para solucionar sus inconvenientes y recuperarlos.
- Evaluación y aseguramiento del ciclo de ventas: Evaluar el proceso de atención a clientes y crear estrategias de mejora continúa identificando áreas de oportunidad.
