**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar planes comerciales e implementar actividades relacionadas como eventos para clientes, campañas de ventas y marketing, presentaciones de ventas necesarias para lograr los objetivos acordados.
- Responsable de lograr los objetivos de ventas, productividad y rendimiento acordados dentro de los presupuestos y plazos acordados soporte de acceso, incluidas las redes de referencia. Tener un conocimiento profundo del área de especialidad respectiva y los productos prioritarios.
- Mantener y mejorar el conocimiento de los productos, la estrategia del producto, el posicionamiento, los mensajes clave, los programas, los desarrollos de la empresa, los clientes y los competidores.
- Lograr los objetivos de contacto, cobertura y frecuencia acordados a través de varios canales de comunicación.
- Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la mejor relación con el cliente en su clase. Garantizar la finalización precisa y oportuna de todos los informes. Manejar consultas y quejas de manera rápida y profesional y de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la empresa.
- Contribuir positivamente al equipo de Ventas y Marketing a través de relaciones cooperativas y esfuerzos colaborativos para lograr los objetivos del equipo y de la empresa.
- Proporcionar información sobre el uso efectivo de los fondos promocionales y la previsión de ventas territoriales. Seguir todas las pautas de eventos adversos y las pautas del Código de Conducta promovidas por Novartis demostrando un comportamiento de acuerdo con el código de prácticas de Novartis
- Informar sobre quejas técnicas/eventos adversos/casos especiales relacionados con los productos de Novartis dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción. Distribución de muestras de marketing (cuando corresponda)

**Role Requirements**

Minimo requerido:

- Titulación en Administración, Ciencias de la Salud o similar
- 5 años de experiência como Consultor de Ventas idealmente manejando productos de alta especialidad y/o cardiología.
- Experiência en Mercado Publico (INSABI-IMSS-ISSSTE)
- Capacidad para comprender y comunicar con claridad temas científicos.
- Excelentes habilidades para influir, persuadir y negociar con diferentes equipos y socios
- Altos estándares de Ética e Integridad
