- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating appropriate measure to the team and upper mgmt. - Responsible for leading and developing appropriate training programs and developing processes that ensure quality and created efficiencies. - Performs all necessary managerial functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned. Maintains a qualified staff and communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned. Determines standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned, and approves salary adjustments, transfers, promotions dismissals, and training. Promotes a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness. - Provides appropriate and necessary training to ensure department staff has the necessary skills to competently perform job functions. - Supervise and direct department staff on all data entry and related operations in posting all incoming orders via mail. - Participates and approves in departments hiring, promotions, terminations and salary actions. - Conducts bi-weekly meetings with department staff for the purpose of educating, training, and informing them of company needs and changes. - Reviews the accuracy of all in-house order documents. Verifies model and serial number on aid(s) prior to entry. - Routes specific material to the appropriate location to secure accurate production flow. - Receives and distributes expediter sheets to their appropriate location to ensure customer service requests are completed.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree. - Prior supervisory experience. - Customer Experience Background - Must possess strong delegation and organization skills. - Proficient data entry and key board operations skills. - Must work effectively with all management levels and staff affiliates. - Must be able to function in a team environment as well as perform individual tasks. - Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgement; demonstrates a positive can-do attitude; have effective communication skills with a diverse range of individuals. - Must be able to effectively communicate, read, and write English.
