**This position reports to**:
Service Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead regional/local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, services within the Power and Traction industry segments. Each day, you will ensure that the related business substantially increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the definition of industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model). The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Business Unite in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: - Developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party and project sales. - Interpreting the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements and implementing with country specific action plans. - Activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best processes, equipment, and automation practices, etc. - Driving the growth of the top line in each target industry segment. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You have a Bachelor´s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering or related.
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales for Power & Train Traction segments.
- You have experience with electrical products within the Power & Systems and electrombility market.
- You possess knowledge in channel development and collaboration with sales in the Power & Systems and electrombility market.
- You have demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy for electrical equipment and/or motors and drives is desirable.
- You are easy to communicate in English in an advance level.
- You have a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
