**Service Support Chief - Mexico**

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of small household and commercial appliances, has an opening for a Service Support Chief. This position will be located in our Mexico City, MX office. The Service Support Chief - Mexico will be responsible for demand plan, forecast, procurement, inventory maintenance of service parts as well as assure best in class consumer service.

**Duties of the position include**:

- To maintain the National Service centers network both household and Commercial
- Develops technical information (web-based service manuals maintenance, training docs, and exploded view drawings) for the service network.
- Responsible for service parts sales, demand plan, forecast, procurement, inventory maintenance and parts warehouse organization.
- Calculate parts price based of parts cost associated and market information Service /Practices
- Develop and update manual procedures for all areas related with the commercial process
- Mexico’s Contact Center supervision and performance improvement
- Interface with Corporate Quality Deparment to provide feedback information about quality issues
- Acts as a Compliance Engineer
- Bachelor's degree or five years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Team/Dept. management experience
- Strong Supervision skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to provide leadership, supervision and coaching to optimize team productivity
- Call Center managing experience 1-2 years

**Jefe de Soporte de Servicio - México**

Este puesto estará ubicado en nuestro almacén de la Ciudad de México, MX. El Jefe de Soporte de Servicio - México será responsable del plan de demanda, pronóstico, adquisición, mantenimiento de inventario de repuestos, así como de asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente en su clase.

**Las funciones del puesto incluyen**:

- Mantener la red nacional de centros de servicio tanto para uso doméstico como comercial.
- Desarrollar información técnica (mantenimiento de manuales de servicio, documentos de capacitación ) para la red de servicio.
- Responsable de las ventas de repuestos, el plan de demanda, el pronóstico, la adquisición, el mantenimiento de inventario y la organización del almacén de repuestos.
- Calcular el precio de las piezas en función de los costos asociados y la información del mercado Servicio/Prácticas
- Desarrollar y actualizar los procedimientos manuales para todas las áreas relacionadas con el proceso comercial
- Supervisión y mejora del rendimiento del centro de contacto de México
- Interactuar con el Departamento de Calidad Corporativo para proporcionar información de retroalimentación sobre problemas de calidad
- Licenciatura y/o 5 años de experiência relacionada en el puesto ó una combinación equivalente de educación y experiência.
- Experiência en gestión de equipos/departamentos
- Fuertes habilidades de supervisión
- Excelentes habilidades escritas y verbales.
- Fuertes habilidades informáticas.
- Capacidad para proporcionar liderazgo, supervisión y entrenamiento para optimizar la productividad del equipo
- Experiência en gestión de centros de llamadas 1-2 años
