Outbound Sales Agent

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN **OUTBOUND SALES AGENT**
---------------------------------------------Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to potential clients to schedule high-quality leads
- Follow up with potential leads in a timely manner
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting, and suggest additional services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-year work experience (Sales or Outbound calling)
- Proactive
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Must be skilled in juggling different tasks.
Rate: TBD (basic salary + sales commission)
Technical Requirements:
- Complete Computer Desktop Set or Laptop - Intel G3240 processes or faster, 4GB RAM and 500 GB HDD minimum
- 18.5” Led Monitor - or larger. The second monitor may be required for certain job descriptions
- Webcam or other video monitoring for meetings and/or supervision
- Reliable Internet with 1MB upload speed minimum (necessary for quality Internet phone conversations).
- Reliable power connection with UPS (battery backup).
