Sales Development Representative: Driving Financial Growth

About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Finastra Usa Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Collaborate closely with account executives to ensure engagement with the right leads and accounts
- Utilize tools and technologies to improve process efficiency and maintain sales forecast data
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and company products and services
- Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed
- Participate in training programs as directed by the manager
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, sales support, business development, or inbound/outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales (highly preferred but not required)
- Ability to communicate in English both orally and written is required; Portuguese is a plus
- Banking, finance, or software background recommended
- Account management experience a plus
