**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and follow up along with the Territory Manager to all the customer within the territory.
- Carry out adhesive consumption audits at customer facilities.
- Support for start-up of lines using our products.
- Support for product demonstrations with the client.
- Define an agenda along the customer needs to visit and follow up the tasks, opportunities, technical assistance and complaints of each site of each customer.
- Work along with the Territory manager in pursuit of the FY goals and budget.
- Most be actively supporting customers and new opportunities
- Send weekly report of consumption of each machine.
- Keep and report settings log of each machine.
- Maintain the relationship with the customers' production department. Maintain the relationship with the customer's maintenance department. Report any anomaly both in the performance of the product and in its delivery. Attend customer inquiries
- Comply with the internal policy of H.B. Fuller and the client.
**Requirements**:
- Desirable to have experience related to the position at least 6 months in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of Windows computing environment (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Management of equipment such as thermometer and scales, hygrometer, stopwatch
- Position of great ability in communication and management of interpersonal relationships with the personnel of the assigned plants.
- English, spoken and written: basic
- Any engineering bachelor degree(desirable Chemical Engineering)
- Customer and achievement orientation.
- Willing to travel 60% of the time
